Meet Yogi J
J S Vohra (J) has been practicing yoga for the last 5 years. For many years, J nursed an injured knee caused by years of playing basketball. It restricted him from pursuing active sports or even going on walks. At its worst, he was advised to go for a knee replacement. While considering surgery, he had the good fortune of meeting Amber B Skylar, a war veteran turned yoga teacher. Working together, within a few years of regular yoga practice, he now lives an active life. He is very thankful to her for sculpting him into the teacher he is today. J does gentle, alignment, and strength yoga.
This yoga is real. It is for everybody and any body. Whatever your body needs and wherever your mind is, YOGA with YOGI J will speak to you.
Virtual Classes
Yin Yoga
This relaxing class encourages you to know your boundaries and back off from them. Yin class usually consists of a series of passive floor poses held for up to 2-5 minutes or more.
Gentle Yoga
This a slow, softer, and nurturing class with emphasis on controlled and measured movements.
Alignment Yoga
This class focuses on alignment and breath, with a special importance on proper technique to help you refine your form. This is a popular one, so book today!
Strength Yoga
This strength class is perfect for building strength and flexibility with quick movement between poses.
